Kibbutz Members

The kibbutz pays the national and health insurance contributions for its members who work on the kibbutz. If the kibbutz member works outside the kibbutz, he is considered as an employee who has two employers, and he may need to do a coordination of contributions (this is done by the kibbutz accountant). Kibbutz members may choose whether the NII benefit to which he is entitled is paid to him directly or is paid to the kibbutz.
