News - New service of the National Insurance Institute for army reservists: phone answering service at number 02-646-3010.

In order to improve our service to IDF soldiers serving in the reserve army, the National Insurance Institute has introduced an automatic phone answering service operating 24 hours a day: 02-06463010.

The answering service is meant for army reservists who submit claims for benefit, as well as for employers who pay the benefit to their workers who have served in the army reserves.

Both reservists and employers can receive the following services over the phone: 

1. to receive general information on their rights and obligations in national insurance;

2.  to order claim forms for benefit, to be sent upon request by fax;

3. by means of a simulator, to calculate the amount of their benefit;

4. employers: to receive regularly, by fax, letters and announcements regarding changes in the law and in work procedures.
