A new service station has been opened in Modi'in, in the Azrieli shopping center, Jonathan Building, fifth floor.

Reception hours in Modi'in: Mondays between 8.00 and 12.30.

At the service station, you can make clarifications having to do with benefits or collection of insurance contributions, submit claims for benefits and documents, receive authorizations and a secret code, and more.
