News - Special Phone Line to Callers from Abroad

The National Insurance Institute announces a special phone line to callers from abroad.

Beginning June 13, 2007 the following phone number is available to callers from abroad:

Telephone number: 02-6463380

The service is available in the following languages only:

Hebrew, Arabic, Amharic and Russian.

On the following times: Sunday – Thursday, between the hours of 8:00-15:00.

The following services are offered:

• General information about the National Insurance Institute, including address and fax   numbers of branch offices.
• Information about personal accounts and status.
• Ordering forms, authorizations, informational pamphlets.
• Payment by credit card.

 When calling the special phone line, please have your identification number available, as well as a personal code, should you have one.
