News - Announcement regarding home visits of NII representatives

The National Insurance Institute occasionally sends representatives on home visits to clients, both in the framework of service improvement and in order to verify information on claims.

On every such visit, the NII representative must identify himself by means of an employee card or volunteer card.

Dear citizens,

If an NII employee comes to your home, please make sure that he shows you an NII employee card or a volunteer card with a picture. This is important in order to prevent the phenomenon of imposters.
