| Benefit to a child orphaned due to domestic violence - How to submit a claim for benefit |

In order to receive the benefit for a child (who is a minor), the child's guardian, or the person recommended by the welfare bureau to care for his matters, should submit a claim for benefit under the Benefits Law to the Work Injury Department of any local NII branch.
A child aged 18 or over should submit the claim himself.
