| Benefit to a child orphaned due to domestic violence - Conditions of entitlement |

|
A child who meets the following conditions is entitled to the benefit:
-
The murdered parent was an Israeli resident.

The parent was murdered by his/her spouse (including a common-law spouse), as determined by the State Attorney.
-
The murder occurred after March 1, 1994.
