| Benefit to a child orphaned due to domestic violence - Eligible children |

A child, including an adopted child or step-child, is eligible for benefit is he is one of the following:
-
He has not yet reached the age of 18.
-
He has not yet reached the age of 20, if he is studying in high school, or in a pre-military framework of the IDF.
-
He has not yet reached the age of 21, if he is volunteering in a military or national service.
-
He has not reached the age of 24, if he is serving in compulsory army service in the IDF, or in national service, or in an "Atuda" (pre-military studies) framework.
