The families of victims of hostilities are entitled to benefits, rehabilitation and advantages. The rates of allowances and benefits are determined under the Fallen Soldiers Families Law.
The personnel of the rehabilitation and hostile actions casualties departments contact the families immediately following the hostility, in order to offer them counseling and guidance in taking-up their rights, including emotional care and support, help with social and family issues, and obtaining benefits and advantages.
