Victims of Hostilities - Monthly Dependents’ Benefit

Paid to bereaved widows and parents of a person who has deceased due to hostile action. The benefit is equivalent to the benefit paid under the Families of Soldiers Killed in Action Law.

A claim for monthly dependent's benefit should be submitted at a local branch of the National Insurance Institute near the deceased’s place of residence within 12 months of the date of decease
