The amended law for the working disabled - Safety net for recipients of the incentive pension

If you cease to be entitled to a disability pension and begin to receive an incentive pension, you will be entitled to a safety net for 36 months:

If you stop working - you will automatically receive the disability pension again, the same as you received before you started working.

If your income decreases during the period in which you are receiving the incentive pension so that you are once again entitled to a disability pension - you will automatically receive the disability pension, which will be calculated according to your income.

After 36 months

If you stop working 36 months after the date on which you stopped receiving the disability pension, your entitlement to a disability pension will be reexamined.

If you earn less and may therefore be entitled to a disability pension, your entitlement to a disability pension will be reexamined.
