Childbirth Allowance - Claim for Childbirth Allowance

In order to receive a childbirth allowance, the mother must fill out a claim form for a childbirth allowance, and submit it to the National Insurance Institute branch in her area of residence, after 30 days from the date of the birth.

The mother must provide information in the claim form for the children who survive 30 days from the date of the birth and the details of her bank account (name and address of the bank and the account number). The allowance is paid into the bank account.
