Grant for one-time arrangements
Your eligibility for a grant will be examined by the NII, if, due to your disability, you require assistance for one or all of the following purposes:
  1. Adaptation of your living quarters
  2. Purchase accessories
  3. Purchase of a vehicle to solve your mobility problems

Submission of claim
You can submit a claim for a special grant or for a special pension to the Rehabilitation Department at the NII local branch nearest your place of residence. Along with the form for a special grant/special pension, you must submit detailed plans on how you intend to use the grant or pension and all relevant authorizations.
Special pension
In addition to a work disability pension, the NII will examine your case in order to determine whether you are also eligible for a special monthly pension for covering special expenses and for assistance in your personal care.
