| Work disability benefits - Start of entitlement |
Your entitlement to a work disability pension starts at the end of the period for which you received an injury allowance. If you were not paid an injury allowance, your entitlement starts the day after the injury.
If you have contracted an occupational disease, your entitlement starts at the end of the period for which you received an injury allowance, and if you have not lost your capacity to work, your entitlement begins from the date on which, in the opinion of the committee, the disability was created by the occupational disease.
