Branches and Service Station - Mobile Branch

The mobile branch reaches areas where there are no NII local branches and where there is a high demand for service. It is equipped with advanced technology and can provide a wide variety of services: forms and authorizations, replies to inquiries regarding status of claims/files, payments, submission of claims and documents, etc..

The mobile branch is regularly active at the following locations:

Ksayfe – on Mondays 08:00-15:00, at the Ksayfe Center Mall.

Aruar – on Tuesdays 08:00-15:00, at the bureau of social services.

Kiryat Yam – on Wednesdays 08:00-14:00, at the bureau of social services, Kiryat Yam Municipality.

Kalandia – on Thursdays 08:30-13:30, at the IDF road block, Kalandia.
