Preference is given to unique, highly professional projects that contribute significantly to the target population.
High professional level Holistic approach (part of a continuum of services in the community) Detailed and structured intervention methods, based on existing successful models Significant pooling of budgets with other agencies Providing a solution for a previously neglected population group or intervention target Relating to a number of goals combined Relating to children at high risk Relating to regions in the periphery Relating to unique sectors Measurable inputs and outputs Recycling of services in the project area The project considerably expands the number of children receiving services in the area The project assists population groups receiving income support and/or alimony benefits from the NII Written commitment of the submitting to fund the project Written commitment of the government ministry/local authority to fund the project
