Below is a claim form for old age pension for Israeli citizens who have reached
retirement ageThe age at which you will be entitled to the old-age pension, on condition that your income from work and from other sources does not exceed a certain amount. Income from work pension is not taken into account. Retirement is set at age 67 for men and 62-65, according to birth date, for women. and wish to receive an old age pension from the National Insurance Institute.
Please note, one month before reaching retirement age, the National Insurance Institute will send insured people an old age pension claim form to the address that appears on the register of the Ministry of the Interior.
One's personal information will be already filled out on the form, and women will also receive a page on the insurance periods that they have accumulated. The form that appears on the website does not include this personal information or this page with the insurance periods.
