The form is for the partial or full withdrawal of savings money that has been saved within the framework of "Savings plan for each child". Savings money may only be withdrawn when the child has reached the age of 18, except in exceptional cases.
Please note, in order to withdraw savings money, the form must be submitted to the provident fund or to the bank in which the savings are managed.
