I work for a daily wage and earn less than the minimum wage. What is the level of reserve service benefits I will receive, and to whom am I to give the military authorization?

The level of the benefit you will receive will equal the monthly minimum wage. You must provide your employer with a military form, only if you have worked at least 75 days in the three months preceding the start of the service. If you have worked at least 75 days, you must submit a claim in one of the branches of the National Insurance Institute, and attach wage slips for the 6 months preceding the month of the service.
