I am a salaried employee in a new workplace. To whom shall I give a military authorization in order to obtain reserve service benefit?

A reservist, who worked for a monthly wage prior to the service, is liable, by law, to give the military form to his employer, even if he worked only a few days for the new employer, and is not allowed to submit a claim on his own. The calculation basis for the benefit is the same for a claim submitted by an individual himself or a claim by an employer. In any case, the benefit will not amount to less than the minimum wage. If you had income from a workplace before a three months period prior to the month of service, you may submit on your own a claim for benefit supplement based on that income.
