I have incurred a work injury and did not attend work, then came back to work few hours per day. Am I entitled to receive work injury allowance?

If you were absent from work for several days, you will receive payment of work injury allowance for the days of absence.
If you returned to work part-time, few hours per day, you will receive a compensation as a complement to full-time work, not exceeding 8 hours per day. This according to the period of incapacity you were assigned in the work injured certificate.

For instance: If you have a work injured certificate containing a period of incapacity of two weeks, whereas on your return your work 4 hours a day. Work injury allowances will paid to you for the 4 hours your absent from work, for each day of the week.
If you have worked 5 hours a day, and did not attend work 3 hours a day, those 3 hours of absence will be paid to you, and so on.
