You must complete a claim form for payment of a grant to a discharged soldier working in a "vital/preferred work", take care to fill-out the employer's authorization about remunerated work (in page 3 of claim form), and attach an authorization from Tsahal confirming the duration of military service. The claim and attached documents can be sent to anyone of the branches of the National Insurance Institute.
