The National Insurance is launching a campaign to reduce employers' fines by 100% - in July and August 2025

The National Insurance Institute has launched and improved its personal website for employers in the economy.

The website is part of the desire to improve our service, so that employers can carry out operations simply and with a minimum of bureaucracy.

The actions that can be performed include:

  • Calculating additional reserve service days for employees who served under Order 8
  • Submitting an online application for reserve service benefits
  • Submitting forms regarding work injuries
  • Updating bank account details
  • Viewing credit reports and more.

In order to encourage employers to register on the personal website, the National Insurance is launching a 100% fine reduction campaign in July and August 2025.

Any employer who makes a payment arrangement via checks, credit card or standing order only on the personal website will be able to enjoy a one-time benefit of a 100% fine reduction.

The campaign only applies to employers who meet certain eligibility conditions, such as:
  • If there is a valid arrangement that has not been paid,
  • If a payment arrangement has already been made in the last three months,
  • If the number of arrangements in the last year was large, etc.

Zvika Cohen, Deputy Director General of the National Insurance Institute: "Employers in Israel are at the cutting edge of the business sector, and part of the National Insurance Institute's policy is to perform as many online actions as possible, without bureaucracy, which can promote service, exercise of rights, and performing actions simply and easily. The digital world is developing and employers can enjoy a variety of online and efficient services. The National Insurance Institute will continue, as always, to invest in developing advanced technological tools, with the aim of improving the service experience and strengthening the relationship with the public."
