In order to receive compensation for loss of working capacity for the three months following the injury, a claim for injury allowance payment must be submitted.
If damage remains after completion of the period of loss of working capacity, a claim to determine degree of disability from work must be submitted.
Please note, approval of the claim for injury allowance is a mandatory prerequisite for starting the process of a claim to determine degree of disability from work.
