As of January 2017, the amount of
income from work that a single parent may earn and still be entitled to an
income supplement has increased.
Updated income amounts entitling to an income
supplement (full or partial), to those under the age of 55:
- Single parent with one child - may have earnings from work up to the gross amount of
NIS 8,676 (as of Jan 01, 2025).
- Single parent with two children - may have earnings from work up
to the gross amount of NIS 9,605 (as of Jan 01, 2025).
Updated income amounts entitling to an income
supplement (full or partial), to those over the age of 55:
- Single parent with one child - may have earnings from work up to the gross amount of
NIS 10,488 (as of Jan 01, 2025).
- Single parent with two children - may have earnings from work up
to the gross amount of NIS 12,178 (as of Jan 01, 2025).
