Request handling process


  • The aid request is submitted to the At-Risk Children and Youth Fund.
  • The fund's staff will examine the request by order of preference as detailed previously.
  • The high-priority programs will be formulated in cooperation with the applicant body and passed for review and approval by an internal committee of the National Insurance.
  • The program approved by the internal committee will be transferred for consultation to a public committee on behalf of the National Insurance Council.
  • At the end of the approval procedure, an agreement will be prepared between the National Insurance, the assisted body and other partners financing the program.
  • The National Insurance will conduct audit on program execution according to the conditions laid out in the agreement, including the continuation of operation after the assistance period.
  • The National Insurance does not commit to accept any request whatsoever.
