The payer of early pension is obligated to report the employees to whom he pays early pension payments and to pay for them monthly national and health insurance contributions. In addition to this monthly report, the payer of early pension must submit to the National Insurance Institute a quarterly, mechanized, nominal (with names) report, for all employee categories detailed below.
