Please note that recipients of a work disability pension are not eligible for the grant.
The amount of the grant is calculated according to the number of disability benefits you were paid for the months of April to June 2021, and the degree of disability you were granted.In other words, each month where you received a disability benefit entitles you to a grant for that same month, according to the benefit you were paid.
The amount of the grant for general disability pension recipients is determined according to the degree of incapacity you were granted:
Recipients of an old-age pension with increment for general disability pension - will receive the same grant as general disability pension recipients (see table in above paragraph).Grant amount is calculated according to: the number of increments for disability pension you have received in the months of April to June 2021 (each month you received an old-age pension with increment for general disability pension entitles you to a grant for the same month) and the degree of disability (incapacity) you were granted upon obtaining the general disability pension.Please note that the recipient of an old-age pension without increment for general disability pension - is not eligible for a grant.
The amount of the grant for attendance allowance recipients is determined according to the rate of the allowance:
The amount of the grant for disabled child allowance recipients is determined according to the allowance rate and their score on the dependency examination:
Those receiving an 50% or 100%* allowance and scored at least 8 point on their dependency examination - will receive a grant of NIS 490 per month, like recipients of an allowance at 188%.
Persons on respirator receiving an increment to the disabled child allowance - will receive an additional grant of NIS 5,341 for each month they received an increment.Example: those who were paid an increment for persons on respirator for the months of April to June 2021, will receive in June a grant of NIS 16,023.
