Payment is made in installments. The final payment is conditional upon:
- Examination of the car after installation of accessories at an institute recognized by the Ministry of Transportation.
- Written mention of installed accessories on the car license.
- For the driver himself - examination of the car after installation of accessories at the Medical Institute for Road Safety, and receiving approval by that institute that accessories were properly installed and are helping the mobility impaired as required.
