The National Insurance is by the side of the Israeli people during these difficult times, and whishes fast recovery to the injured, liberation for prisoners, and presents its condolences to the families of victims.
We will continue to support you and provide you assistance and the latest information about the security situation.

Emergency line dedicated to the injured and the families who've lost their dear ones 02-6269999

The National Insurance, as the institution responsible for the care of hostile actions casualties, has opened a special emergency line for injured people and families who've lost their dear ones 02-6269999, to offer you a response and help with the rights to which you are entitled in the present emergency situation.

The line will be opened from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 and 20:00.

The line is staffed with National Insurance personnel, female and male social workers who will provide immediate response to families and injured people alone.

Help to anxiety victims in resilience centers

If you feel anxiety and panic, you can receive assistance in the clinics of resilience centers.

The helps in resilience centers include:

  • First aid covered by the National Insurance
  • Up to 12 psychologic treatments (if necessary, more will be approved).
  • Personal treatments, also appropriate to children and families.

Please note, all treatments are provided in the resilience centers and clinics for anxiety victims (as detailed hereafter) free of charge and without submitting a claim.

No foreclosures and cancelation of fines and interests for those located in fighting areas and unable to pay insurance contributions

Due to the "Iron Swords" war, there will be no foreclosures in that period for those who failed to pay insurance contributions.
Furthermore, a deadline extension will be granted to file appeals and documents in relation to deduction audits, this until further notice and based on further assessments of the security situation.

  • Due to the security situation, and to carry on providing our services without compromising your personal security, 
    branch services will be provided through telephone appointment. A branch representative will contact you at the scheduled time to handle your requests. To book an appointment, click here.

    Meanwhile, we advise you to use our digital services which let you perform various actions quickly and easily, without having to leave your home.

    Medical Boards Monday (16.10) to Friday (20.10)

    Branches where Medical Boards will be held 

    Risho Lezion, Tel-Aviv, Ramat Gan, Netanya, Hadera, Tiberias, Carmiel, Kerayot, Ramle, Holon, Haifa, Bat Yam, Jerusalem, Kefar Saba, Nazareth, Afula, Petach Tikvah, Beit Levinstein, Tel Hashomer and specialists center of Haifa.

    Branches where Medical Boards are canceled 

    Ashdod, Ashkelon, Rechovot, Yavne, Beer Sheva, Nahariya and Akko.

Employment Service bureaus will be closed to the public

There will not be public reception at the bureaus of the Employment Service across the country, and no activities will take place in employment circles.

Updated information on the matter will be published on the website of the Employment Service.

Please note that the rights of jobseekers will be preserved.

  • Jobseekers reporting to receive unemployment or income support benefits - the days of closure of the Employment Service bureaus will be accounted for as justified absence/in-person reporting exemption, and benefit eligibility will be not be adversely affected.
  • Those who need to submit a claim for unemployment benefit - can fill out an online form jointly from the National Insurance and the Employment Service. Submitting this form will also constitute a first registration to Employment Service.
  • Those who need to submit a new claim for income support - can submit a claim for income support, register online on the Employment Service's website, and start reporting in person to its bureaus upon their reopening.

IDF inquiries call center to locate missing and kidnapped persons

IDF operates a call center for the location of missing and kidnapped persons, soldiers and citizens, by telephone at the number 1111, dialing extension 5, then extension 4.

Furthermore, the Israel police in collaboration with Home Front Command, set up a war room for all citizens, which is located at HaNegev Street 4, Airport City (Laav Building 443).
