Call center for employers of domestic workers and employers of caregivers of elderly

Such employers must register at the NII (the NII will open an "employer file" in their name) and pay national insurance contributions regularly for their workers.

By means of the new call center, you can do the following:

• Order the form "opening a file for employers of domestic workers (614)". The form will be sent to you via fax or mail (you can also download the form from the NII internet site).

You must fill out the form and send it to the local NII branch nearest to your place of residence. After the NII receives the filled-out form, you will be sent a pay-book (for reporting and payments).

• Order a pay-book for reporting on your workers and paying insurance contributions for them. This service is meant for employers who have already registered at the NII and have opened a file.
• Calculate the sum of the insurance contributions that you have to pay, by means of a voice calculator.
• Receive an explanation on the method of calculating the insurance contributions that you have to pay.
• Close your employer file temporarily or permanently.
