I am 19 years old and have to enlist in one year. Do I have to pay health insurance contributions?

Anyone who started regular military service or national service, up to the age of 21, will be exempt from paying national and health insurance contributions from the age of 18 until the day he or she joins IDF or national service, provided that he or she does neither work as a salaried employee or self-employed, nor have an income higher than 5% of the average wage NIS 627 (as of Jan 01, 2024).
