Clarifications:
- In the first table, about the number claimants for unpaid leave– please note that the figures have changed from the previous times for 2 reasons:
- Claims were either submitted by hand or late, and we enter the figures according to the day they were put on unpaid leave and not according to the date of claim submission.
- There are citizens who have been put on unpaid leave involuntarily and were later laid off.
- To be precise, it is important to note that there are about 20,000 claims for unemployment benefits per month in normal circumstances - and it is relevant to take this into account when examining the data.
- In the unpaid leave table by industry, there are about 27,400 unemployment claimants who did not report their workplace. (Highlighted in yellow for you)
