dependents (98) | Widow/widowers, orphans, and parents, in case of death due to work injury. Under special circumstances, also parents and siblings. |

local Israeli worker (99) | An Israeli citizen working as an Israeli representative abroad (in an extension of a government ministry) in a temporary status under the employment rules published by the Civil Service Commission. A person whose spouse is a foreign citizen or who works for a foreign employer will not be employed as a “local Israeli worker.” |

occupational disease (97) | a disease included in the List of Occupational Diseases specified by Law, with which the insured person became ill due to his/her work |
