The daily rates of the accident allowance are the same as the rates of the injury allowance that would have been paid to the injured person if he had been hurt at work.
For an entitled person who was a salaried employee on the date of the injury: 75% of his salary in the three months that preceded the date of the accident, divided by 90, up to the maximum daily accident allowance: NIS 1,059.38 (as of 01.01.2012) .

For an entitled person who was self-employed on the date of the injury: 75% of his income that was subject to insurance contributions in the three months that preceded the date of the accident, divided by 90, up to the maximum daily accident allowance: NIS 1,059.38 (as of 01.01.2012) .
For an entitled person who was neither a salaried employee nor self-employed on the date of the injury: 25% of the basic amount on the first of the January that preceded the date of the injury, with the addition of the rate of increase in the COL Index from January to the date of the accident, divided by 30 - per day, NIS 70.63 (as of 01.01.2012) .
