| Maintenance (Alimony) - Termination of maintenance payments |

The National Insurance Institute will terminate the maintenance payments if one of the following occurs:

The National Insurance Institute has been given a court judgment that cancels the maintenance payments.

The children have been legally removed from your custody.

Your income from employment or from an income replacing benefit exceeds the Benefit nullification point specified in the regulations.

Your income from sources other than employment exceeds the amount specified in the regulations.
-
You instituted collection proceedings against the debtor to execute the judgment (unless you instituted collection proceedings to collect the differentials).

You received payments directly from the debtor, at least in the amount of the payment remitted to you by the National Insurance Institute.

You did not reply to the declaration sent to you by the National Insurance Institute for updating details.
-
You requested to terminate the payment for any reason whatsoever.
-
You ceased to be a resident of Israel.
-
You are living with the debtor.
