An insured person who is recognized by the NII as work injured person (through a work accidentan accident that occurred during and as a result of work, including accident on the way to and from work, and accident that occurred under circumstances specified by Law or an occupational diseasea disease included in the List of Occupational Diseases specified by Law, with which the insured person became ill due to his/her work) is entitled to medical treatment - for as long as he requires treatment as a result of the injury.
Medical treatments include: hospitalization, medication, medical exams, x-rays, surgeries, orthopedic devices, and any necessary medical accessory.
