Compensation for radiation victims - Payments to survivors

The survivors of a person regarding whom a medical committee determined that the disease caused his death – will receive a one-time grant, as follows:

  A spouse who has children with him/her will receive a grant equivalent to 25% of the average wage in the economy, multiplied by 36: NIS 77,571 (as of 01.01.2012) .

  A spouse who does not have children with him/her will receive a grant equivalent to 60% of the amount in the first paragraph: NIS 46,543 (as of 01.01.2012) .

  The children of the victim, if there is no entitled spouse, will receive a grant equivalent to 60% of the amount in the first paragraph: NIS 46,543 (as of 01.01.2012) .
