The fund promotes new ideas and initiatives according to the criteria below:

1. There is an active commitment to continued operation of the project.
2. There is a commitment to complete the assistance funding (the Fund will work towards pooling resources for the project).
3. The programs are accessible and available for the entire elderly community in the area.
4. Priority is given to a program that ensures that elderly people with disabilities remain in the community.
