The Committee for Information Transfer is responsible for the transfer of data and information available in the national insurance files to government and other bodies, according to the discretion of the committee, and under the instructions of the Defense of Privacy Law, for the purpose of using the information. The committee does not transfer personal information on the insured population of the NII.
The committee convenes once a month, according to need.
