The National Insurance, as the institution responsible for the care of hostile actions casualties, has opened a special emergency line for the wounded, the bereaved families, the families of hostages and missing people, and the survivors of the Nova and Psyduck festivals - 02-6269999, to provide you with an immediate response and assistance about the rights to which you are entitled in the present emergency situation.

The line will be opened from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 and 17:00.

Your rights at the National Insurance in a first stage:

After the first stage, the National Insurance will accompany the injured and their family members through the recovery and rehabilitation process with social counsels and specialists from the Departments of Hostile Actions and Rehabilitation.

Important information! The rights of hostile actions casualties are entirely similar to those of security forces casualties, beside the fact that the care for citizens wounded in hostile actions falls under the responsibility of the National Insurance.
