This is a personal card upon which a four-digit code is engraved. By means of this code you can receive personal services at any self-service stand, as well as at the national call center and by phone with your local NII branch. A pin code can be ordered online here. A person without a pin code or the ability to order one online will identify themselves by answering a number of questions to ensure that information about them will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Services provided at the call center include: General information, queries and personal information, ordering permits, paying insurance debts, and ordering payment stubs and forms.
One cannot submit claims, documents or report changes in personal information over the telephone. A person can submit documents directly to a clerk online, and submit online claims directly through the website.
