Persons who are in arrears in the payment of their national insurance contributions


By law, if you who are in arrears in the payment of your national insurance contributions, you are subject to linkage and fines and may have your property and revenues seized through the Bailiff’s Court, or have the benefit to which you are entitled reduced or canceled.
