Maternity and pregnancy bed rest allowances

Advantages on maternity allowance due to the war

  • Pregnant woman whose employer reduced her working time due to the war resulting in a decrease in her salary - we will try to take that into consideration in the calculation of maternity allowance and supplement her salary up to the level of her normal salary or calculate maternity allowance based on the months of full salary.
  • Pregnant whose employer put her on unpaid leave due to the war - we will calculate maternity allowance based on the months preceding the unpaid leave.
  • Father replacing the mother in maternity leave who has been call up to reserve under Order 8 - he will not incur any debt of maternity allowance and we will not consider his receiving of both maternity allowance and reserve service benefit as double benefit, as we usually do.

Advantages on pregnancy bed rest benefit

For a pregnant woman whose employer reduced her working time because of the war and who consequently received a lower salary - we will complete her salary up to her regular compensation or calculate the benefit based on the months on which she received a full salary.
