If you have stopped working, you will be able to resume receiving the disability pension, as you did before you began your job, without being examined by a Medical Board – as long as the degree of incapacity you were granted is still valid.
Besides, if you have stopped receiving the disability pension because of high incomes, you will resume receiving the pension without being examined by the Medical Board, if your income decreases and stand below NIS 8,261 (as of Jan 01, 2026) – as long as the degree of incapacity you were granted is still valid.
