The responsibility for issuing disabled parking permits was and still remains with the Ministry of Transportation
The only difference is the parameters set within the committee.
Of the many parameters that the Ministry of Transportation set, the National Insurance's part is very specific - and refers to transferring relevant information about those eligible for permits to the Ministry of Transportation (as we did in the past) and they (the Ministry of Transportation) will handle the issuance of disabled parking permits as they always have.
It should be noted that within the framework of the inter-ministerial team, the National Insurance sought to provide a response to young people with nursing needs, dialysis patients, cancer patients, etc.
The National Insurance hopes that from now on, an appropriate response will be provided to eligible citizens within the framework of the Ministry of Transportation.
