If you are dissatisfied with a decision made by the National Insurance Institute, you are entitled to appeal it to the Labor Court. You must submit the appeal to the Labor Court within 6 months from the date on which you received the written notification of the National Insurance Institute’s decision.

If you decide to appeal a decision of the National Insurance Institute to the Labor Court, you are entitled to apply for free legal aid from the legal aid offices of the Ministry of Justice. You must submit the application on the form Application for Legal Aid Pursuant to the Legal Aid Law which can be downloaded from the Ministry of Justice website. You must submit the form to the legal aid office in your area of residence. |
