Compensation for radiation victims - Submitting a claim to the health bureau

In order to receive payment, please submit a claim to the Ministry of Health at the health bureau in your area of residence.

The medical committee of the Ministry of Health is the body that will determine entitlement to payment, and will notify the claimant whether his request was approved or denied. The National Insurance Institute carries out the actual payments.

After receiving the decision of the medical committee, and the determination of the total weighted percentage of impediments by the Ministry of Health, the committee’s decision is transferred to the National Insurance Institute for implementation of payment.
