The Research and Planning Administration of the National Insurance Institute conducts periodical surveys and basic research in the fields of social insurance and welfare, published in a number of frameworks, as detailed below, and available for downloading.

The Annual Survey covers the various activities of the National Insurance Institute in the previous year - benefit payments and collection of insurance contributions, as well as research activities in social policy.
Summaries of the introductory chapter and of the chapter on trends in poverty and inequality appear in English.

                
Social Security Journal                

Social Security is the English edition of Bitachon Soziali, Journal of Welfare and Social Security Studies, published in Hebrew by the National Insurance Institute of Israel. Bitachon Soziali appears three times a year. Each issue includes English summaries of the main articles.
