Following the security situation and fighting during "Roaring Lion" - the National Insurance Institute would like to bring reliefs to you, the self-employed, during this period. We are here for you.

Reliefs for the self-employed during the emergency - Roaring Lion:

  1. Advances for the self-employed - the National Insurance will allow reductions in advances based on a declaration only.
    For self-employed worker represented by a tax advisor/accountant - The reduction of advance payments will be made through the "Client Representation System".
    Those who are not represented can apply by submitting this claim form: Request for Adjustment of Advance Payments (672) - Insurance Contributions
  2. Installment payments - During the state of emergency, a self-employed worker can arrange debt payments without linkage and without fines and in a long-term installment payments, through the National Insurance hotlines.
  3. Insured Classification Order - Self-employed workers whose occupation is a guide/artisan, etc., whose status in the National Insurance is "employee according to the insured classification order"
    With the transfer of the Treasury Outline on "Unpaid Leave" legislation - the National Insurance will publish a dedicated form that can be used to submit unemployment benefit claims and through a procedure similar to that implement during the "Rising Lion" operation.

  4. Individual inquiries - The National Insurance will facilitate individual inquiries from self-employed individuals who won't pay their insurance contributions by the 15th of the month and allow them to pay at a later date. The National Insurance will also facilitate requests from self-employed individuals to cancel seizures that were already imposed before the operation.
  5. Enforcement actions - The National Insurance Institute freeze enforcement actions and refrain from imposing seizures.
